This gorgeous two-story home, located directly on Mission Beach, offers breathtaking views, a large floor plan, and an ideal location. This is a wonderful place to host a family vacation or a quiet retreat with friends.  

Located at the southern tip of Mission Beach, this property is ideally situated for bay front views without all the craziness of the boardwalk. The beach leads all the way to the front of the house, and it is only a few minutes’ walk to the ocean side. The bay side is ideal for small children or if you’re interested in water activities like paddle board or sailing. There is easy access to parks, playgrounds, basketball courts, volleyball courts, and the boardwalk. South Mission Beach is a quiet area, yet still close to all the action. Sea World is only a 5 minute drive away. You can actually watch the SeaWorld fireworks from the living room!

This is a three bedroom two-story condo on the second and third floors of the building (no elevator access). The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishware, utensils, cookware, and appliances. There is also a washer and dryer in the home. Parking is a breeze with a one-car garage and one reserved spot. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are all included. All you need are your personal toiletries.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom, plus an extra guest bathroom in the hallway – a rare architectural feature in Mission Beach! The living room has a large flat screen TV and digital cable. There is a propane powered BBQ on the living room deck. There is a balcony and a deck off the living room, and a balcony off the master bedroom. All of these overlook the bay. 

The master bedroom has a king bed. The second bedroom has one queen bed and one twin bed. The third bedroom, located on the main floor, has three twin beds, two of which can be converted into one king bed.  There is also a twin-sized cot. The condo sleeps 8 comfortably, but can accommodate up to 9 guests. 

Whether for a family vacation, or a family reunion, you will find yourself very comfortable here, so long as you love San Diego vacation rentals, beachfront access, and convenient locations.

Cancellation Policy
-- Any owner or Responsible Party cancellation must be made in writing. An e-mail with confirmation will meet our requirements. If the cancellation is at the owner's request a full refund will be made to the Responsible Party.

-- For Responsible Party’s own protection, it is strongly recommended that the Responsible Party purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is available through Dana Horne Realty and is the sole responsibility of the Responsible Party to secure.

-- Should a Responsible Party cancellation occur more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, Responsible Party will be entitled to all monies paid less a $100.00 administrative fee.

-- Should a cancellation occur between 60 and 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, Responsible Party will be entitled to all monies paid, less 10% of the rental amount.

-- Should a Responsible Party cancellation occur, less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies paid are non-refundable unless the unit is booked for the same dates at full price in which case the Responsible Party will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

-- No refunds will be made for inclement weather

-- No refunds will be made for late check-ins, early check-outs, or no-shows.

-- Refunds will be made only if the property rented becomes unfit for habitation and cannot be repaired or restored to its advertised condition at the time of occupancy.

-- If a change in reservation is requested, Dana Horne Realty will make reasonable effort to accommodate the change and assess the appropriate fees as stated above.

Deposit Policy
Dates are reserved upon full execution of this agreement and receipt of the deposit (50% of total amount if the rental is more than 60 days out and 100% within 60 days of the arrival date). If the contract is not received and payment has not been made within 24 hours, we have the right to cancel. You can use a Credit Card as payment. After you return these documents to our office, we will charge the first payment and send an email with receipt of payment and reservation confirmation.

Can't say enough about the property and management company. My family began visiting San Diego in the 60's and I have returned with my children since in the 90's. I was impressed by this property. Clean, quite, comfortable - felt like home from the minute we walked in. The listing was accurate and the management company responded immediately, and professionally, to our request. Can't beat the location; it is on the beach and within walking distance or bike ride to Mission and Pacific Beach restaurants and activities. Easy access to freeways and the rest of San Diego.

We plan to return to this property soon and recommend it to anyone looking for a home away from home.

We spend the week between Christmas and New Year's at this property, and found it to be very comfortable, convenient and well provisioned. We rode our bikes for miles on the path right out front, walked to the beautiful waterfront park and playground that is just steps from the front door, and played on the beach right out front. Having young children, I could stand in the kitchen or living room and still keep an eye on them playing in the sand in front- ideal! The home is close to all the action (Belmont Park, Sea World, PB shopping, etc) but on the absolute end of Mission Blvd, so its very quiet and peaceful. The home is spacious and comfortable but not so fancy/pristine that you don't feel like you can't just relax with kids and/or a dog there. We hope to be back soon!
