This is a newly renovated ground level unit, in a Tommy Bahama style. There are two private patios and a private garage for one car (it maybe too small for very large trucks, so please check with the owners).

It is one house down from the beach, and is close to both the ocean and the bay. The owners pride themselves on the new hardwood floors, and they pay special attention to quality bedding and new pillow top mattresses. There is a full kitchen, HDTV, Wifi Cat5 internet, as well as beach chairs and bikes (subject to availability, no helmets provided).

The boardwalk is 50 ft from the unit and is perfect for biking, skating, and, of course, walking.

Cancellation Policy
-- Any owner or Responsible Party cancellation must be made in writing. An e-mail with confirmation will meet our requirements. If the cancellation is at the owner's request a full refund will be made to the Responsible Party.

-- For Responsible Party’s own protection, it is strongly recommended that the Responsible Party purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance is available through Dana Horne Realty and is the sole responsibility of the Responsible Party to secure.

-- Should a Responsible Party cancellation occur more than 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, Responsible Party will be entitled to all monies paid less a $100.00 administrative fee.

-- Should a cancellation occur between 60 and 90 days prior to scheduled arrival, Responsible Party will be entitled to all monies paid, less 10% of the rental amount.

-- Should a Responsible Party cancellation occur, less than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, all monies paid are non-refundable unless the unit is booked for the same dates at full price in which case the Responsible Party will be charged a 10% cancellation fee.

-- No refunds will be made for inclement weather

-- No refunds will be made for late check-ins, early check-outs, or no-shows.

-- Refunds will be made only if the property rented becomes unfit for habitation and cannot be repaired or restored to its advertised condition at the time of occupancy.

-- If a change in reservation is requested, Dana Horne Realty will make reasonable effort to accommodate the change and assess the appropriate fees as stated above.

Deposit Policy
Dates are reserved upon full execution of this agreement and receipt of the deposit (50% of total amount if the rental is more than 60 days out and 100% within 60 days of the arrival date). If the contract is not received and payment has not been made within 24 hours, we have the right to cancel. You can use a Credit Card as payment. After you return these documents to our office, we will charge the first payment and send an email with receipt of payment and reservation confirmation.
